I purchased both books Lord Of My Land and The Solution as eBooks and I will also be purchasing hardcopies. This book is a great guide for people of all races not to mention the underpriviledged person in poverty who doesn't have any financial literacy period this book puts it in lamense terms and breaks every aspect of homebuying down. This is a Step By Step informative easy to read and comprehend book for anyone even children. I will be passing this book on to my goddaughter who is 16 and will eventually be looking into homeownership instead of renting and continuing to purchase liabilities (shoes, clothes, vehicles, etc.) thanks to Mr. Jay Morrison "Mr. Real Estate".
I chose this book because real estate has always been at the back of my mind, but I've been afraid to move forth with anything that has to do with real estate. I'm in the process of cleaning my credit after seeing a mortgage broker. This book helped me put everything that I'm finally about to do in perspective.
Must Get. second time reading it since I had to get a refresher since I plan on buying a house in January 2019. talking to my realtor that I was referred to, I am asking her to put together a team and stuff. she asked me if I was in real estate before and she couldn't believe it was my 1st time trying to purchase a home because I knew so much lol

True genius to be able to take the complex process of buying a home and relating it to tangible steps for the uninformed. Not your typical high level technical guide. A very good mix of "the how to buy a home steps" sprinkled with missed opportunities and lessons learned along the way. This book furnishes the blueprint, but you MUST furnish the desire!
